Molly Gene

Last Saturday, April the 6th, we went to see Molly Gene. She performed at Rinie and Nico's blues café, a café in Blerick, near Venlo. It looks like it is a rebuilt living room, but I'm not really sure. It's a café with a lot of "cowboys" from Limburg. ;)
It was a very nice show! My dad bought a  CD afterwards. We stayed a little longer to see the other band, Imperial Flames, who played a kind of "happy blues", but we didn't watch it 'till the end. 
Molly Gene is a woman who plays slide guitar, foot-drums, harmonica and has a special and different voice. She makes blues, with a bit of a country-touch and she certainly isn't afraid to perform. Please visit her site!
